Isobel Rae (b. 1993) is a Canadian born photographer and visual artist currently based in Brooklyn, NY. Her work is rooted in experimental and process based techniques, with an interest in documenting personal relationships. Utilizing texture and form to convey emotion through her photographs, Isobel’s work has been described as raw and ethereal and consists of an ongoing dialogue between her and her subjects.
Isobel is also the founder of As.iZ Magazine, a print publication showcasing emerging artists from across the globe, fostering a connected community of like minded creatives..
